First and foremost he wasn't hurt.
He ran into the back of a semi-trailer, at least he wasn't going fast.
Amazing thing, he drove it home.
The engine is blown, the transmission is torn up and the junk people will be coming to get it in a couple of days..
His father, the retired trooper has chalked this accident up to driver inattention.
He will be getting a job in the near future to fund his next vehicle.

Yikes Robin... I'm glad he's OK... and at the same time I am impressed he drove it home with a blown engine. We have all been there at some point... I'm sure he learned/is learning his lesson.
