wall hearts

My friend Toni and I went this morning to Michael's Crafts and I found these neat wall clings on sale.
They called to me and I had to have them for the studio.
These are above the closet door.

These are above the big window.
I am quite in love with them.

I have a wall in my little bathroom area that needs a picture.
I have some ideas in mind and picked up a rectangular canvas.
They also had their easels on sale to I picked up one too.

This handy brush and pencil holder came from Dollar General at the end of the summer season.
I think it was at least 80% off and possibly 75 cents or even less.  It has been a couple of years now.
I picked up two.  I am a person that many times buys two of something.  It's just something in me.

snowscape

This is another card by Rebecca Barker, it's the snowball pattern as you can tell.
We are supposed to get just a little bit of snow today but yesterday was something else.
It was a black ice morning, and I don't think the weather people saw it coming.
Today will be much easier.

I started a new semester and am taking 3 classes.  Exercise Science-Religion East and West and then Saint Clare-her Light and Life.  I feel all will be interesting, I enjoy learning new information.  The Saint Clare class has only eight women in it and it will make us try to relate things that have happened in our life to the incidents in Saint Clare's.  We should come out of it feeling deeper spiritually.  Religion East and West we will be introduced to 7 different kinds of religions and how they differ and are the same.  I will keep you updated on our progress.

Faces

I love good faces.

His round mouth just singing his heart out.

Just CUTE!

This snow kitty has so much to look at.

This guy is snowman- Halloween.

This gal has great big feet and botox lips.
She is very enjoyable to look at on the web.

Someday

Someday I am going to make this quilt.  It was designed by Marie Webster from Marion, Indiana.
I have the pattern from her book...Marie Webster, A Joy Forever.
Her house was renovated and made into The Quilters Hall of Fame.

This is why this card is on my inspiration wall.
I love this artist also, Rebecca Barker.

Little Red and Blue Quilt

My Uncle Bill had recently passed away and his house was cleaned out.  My sister said that a little quilt I had made for him and been found.  I hadn't remembered that I had made one but once she showed it to me I did recall it.  I made it in 1992 and the block is called Four Seasons.  I'm glad to have it back.
Here is the tag that I crosstiched for identification.
