The cube

Here is a card that I finished up.
The rubberstamp is a cube with the 4 images on it.
The stamp is made by The Artful Stamper.

I colored them with colored pencils, blended it and sparkled it up.
The inside paper is made by Memory Box and is called Spiceberry.

Pretty acrylic flower stamp used inside the card and on the envelope.

The framing of the basement has started.

Down at this end there will be 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms.

I was surprised that the framers had already started putting the floor joists up.

It's starting to look like a house instead of a big cement hole.

stamps

Here is a friendship card I made.
The Acrylic Stamps I used are from Papertreyink
The inside sentiment is an older Stampin up stamp.
The paper is the Deja Views  the Sharon Ann collection.

I always like to have a little something on my envelope for interest.
The spool and needle are in with the quilt blocks from PaperTreyInk.
The heart is a new acrylic group of  stamps by  Inkadinkado.

I love rubberstamps.  I love to touch them.
This is just the tip of the iceberg.
The possibilities are endless!

The Garage Floor has been poured.

Tom was going to go down in the basement and have the first beer but the cement guys
took the ladder away, so he had the first beer on the front porch.

The sitting room/sunroom

The outdoor room, it will have a wood burning fireplace.
You can also see the sump pump coming over the edge.
They have electricity to it and it is working now.
Tomorrow, the wood should be delivered and the framing should commence.

Creating

Creating is good for my soul.
If I can just get down to my crafting studio once a day and touch things it is soothing.
I have so many interests that sometimes I don't know where to start.
I decided that I should spend a week on creating in the same area.
and will start with rubberstamping.
Friends Theresa and Toni and myself are going next weekend to the Adventures in Stamping
Rubber stamp convention in Akron, Ohio.
I decided this would be a good way to get the juices flowing and also discover items that I just NEED to
pick up.

These bunny butts are colored with just colored pencils and then blended with
odorless turpenoid.
The rubberstamp is made by Inky Antics
and the paper is fresh print Mango
by Deja Views.

The present/pup stamp is made by Stamps by Judith
and the paper is another fresh print Mango.

I always try to add a little something to my envelopes.
This stamp is an older Stampin Up stamp.

I think it's always a good idea to have sympathy cards on hand.
This stamp is a new Hero Arts cling stamp.
I was very happy with the way it turned out.
I added some 3-D effect to it.
The sympathy stamp is another by Stamps by Judith.
I colored the poppies with  Prismacolor watercolor pencils.
I enjoy this technique very much when taking the wet brush
and applying it to the colored picture.
The coloring just melts and the color become so bold.

This poppy stamp came from Petaluma California.

A little something special handwritten on the envelope.
