Beautiful, beautiful rain

1 1/2 inches of soaking, overnight rain.  That mud never looked so good .
Thank you God, we really appreciated it. 
Today, the high was 68 degrees, it was an amazing change in the weather. 

One Quilt Top Down

This quilt was started......possibly.....15 years ago.  The pattern came from Quiltmaker Magazine.
 The corners  got mitered last night on the border.

Peach triangles still have to be appliqued onto the border at each square and then I will get it ready to quilt.  A warm thing to do in the winter.

It measures 47 X 47 and will be a wallhanging or a lap quilt.

Golden Lamb Inn

This last weekend we made a Girls Weekend Out trip to Cincinnati, OH.
On our way home we made a side trip to Lebanon Ohio to The Golden Lamb Inn for lunch.
Lebanon was a very charming and historical town.

Outside the Inn was a pretty little park.
