It's apparent that some kind of altercation took place while the owners were away from the home.
We feel it started on the quilt and the perpetrator jumped the victim while sleeping.
The victim then started defending himself and fur started flying.
The fight made its way across the couch.....
On to the end table where items were knocked off and flipped over.
The table was also scratched.
The victim is now resting comfortably.
The perpetrator was banished to the outside for a number of hours.
He denies any involvement in the crime.
The claws are being checked for DNA.
The victim would like to press charges.
It was a crime of passion and revenge.
The investigation is pending.
